IT’S AS EASY AS 1-2-3 . . .
- Change your “payoff letter” to have the release/discharge sent to Final Trac;
- Put Final Trac in the 1300 section of your HUD for the payoff/release; and
- Forward a copy of your payoff letter, payoff statement, commitment and/or title search along with your $35.00 fee (plus the cost of recording if the lender did not collect it on your payoff statement) to our offices.
